The matcha crumble spread inside has strong green tea fragrance made of matcha powder from Marukyu Koyamaen in Japan and added with butter. The spread is braided into the bread, maintaining both the softness of the bread and the rich taste of matcha. Crunchy crumble is sprinkled on the bread before baking for a more layered texture.
